Right of cancellation when booking remotely

When you book a treatment via our website, email or phone the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).

This means that you as a consumer have 14 days right of cancellation from the day the booking was made.

How to cancel your purchase

  • Notify us in writing (by email) or verbally (by phone) within 14 days.
  • You can use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard cancellation form, but this is not a requirement.
  • We will refund you any advance payment within 14 days of receiving your message. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to make the booking, unless otherwise agreed.

Treatment started during the withdrawal period

  • If you explicitly ask us to start processing during the withdrawal period, and you subsequently change your mind, we are entitled to charge you for the part of the service already provided.
  • If the entire processing operation has been carried out during the withdrawal period and you have given your prior consent, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply.

Cancellation after the cooling-off period

After the cancellation period has expired, our standard cancellation policy applies.
