How can you get a bigger penis without surgery?
Many people wonder about pumps, pills or weights as a way of naturally enlarging the penis. From a purely medical perspective, these methods lack any lasting scientific evidence of effectiveness. To achieve a permanent, actual anatomical change in the girth or length of the penis, surgery is the only proven method.
Is the result of surgical penis enlargement permanent?
Yes, the fat cells that survive the initial healing process following your operation remain permanently. The body naturally breaks down some of the transplanted fat (around 30–50 per cent) during the first few months, which is why the surgeon often slightly overcompensates for the volume during the procedure itself. If necessary, a touch-up treatment can be performed later to add further volume.
Will there be visible scarring after penile surgery?

Does it affect the ability to get an erection?
No. Whether it involves a surgical lengthening or a fat graft, the procedures are carried out on the skin, fatty tissue and the superficial ligaments. The surgery never affects the erectile tissue itself or the deep nerves that control sexual function, which means that your ability to achieve an erection remains exactly as it was before.
