Hi, just had a face, neck and nose surgery by Jonas R. Too early to say anything about the end result yet but he is magical in his practice so it can only be the best. I have never been treated so well and taken care of, all the way from the first consultation, surgery planning, reception, the surgery team, the two-night stay. First class VIP feeling right through including the environment which is also TopNotch, private room with TV "sea view" and large veranda/balcony. They have their own chef who prepares wonderful food based on wishes and possible allergens. Room service 24/7 Super professionals the whole team I must say. I will definitely come back here again. Kind regards, AnnaPosted on Google![]()

So professional, nice treatment from start to finish. Dr. Heden inspires great confidence and I received great information after the operation about how it went. The anesthesia and surgical staff were fantastic, I felt so calm and felt safe in their hands. The care in the nursing ward after the operation was top notch, nice, safe and good breakfast🌸+0Posted on Google![]()

World class on-site surgery. A professional clinic with Sweden's most skilled and experienced doctors. I have had surgery at other clinics but have not experienced skill and service at this level. Big thanks to Per Hedén and the rest of the staff.Posted on Google![]()

Modern business where everything is new and except for the staff, they are old in the paperclip, incredibly experienced and in sync from the reception, nurses, nurses, anesthesia staff and surgeons. No questions are stupid, and they have a rock-solid understanding of pain relief. When the breakfast tray arrives after waking up, you become a little religious with happiness.Posted on Google![]()

Nice staff throughout the clinic and good aftercare, responds quickly to emails. Lovely Riikka operated on me after the effects of childbirth I had a few years earlier. It was nice to be operated on in an environment that is not depressing and with staff/surgeons who are committed.
What are chemical peels and exosome skincare?
Chemical peels is a collective term for medical-aesthetic skin treatments in which specific acids are applied to the skin’s surface. This gently removes the outermost, dead skin cells and stimulates cell regeneration in the epidermis. Depending on your skin’s condition, we use everything from mild fruit acids to a deeper TCA peel.
To maximise the skin’s natural renewal process, we also offer exosome-based skincare. Exosomes are extremely small biological particles (vesicles) filled with growth factors and proteins that act as messengers between the skin’s cells. They help to speed up the repair phase and improve the skin’s elasticity and structure from within.
Why consider a chemical peel?
The motivation behind booking a facial treatment is often highly personal. Many patients choose to undergo a Face Formula signature treatment for their own well-being, for example because they feel that external factors such as sun exposure or hormonal changes have affected their skin.
A common reason for undergoing the treatment is the desire to address skin imperfections, which is why chemical peels for pigmentation spots are a popular treatment option. The procedure aims to stimulate the skin’s cell renewal process to achieve a clearer and more even complexion. We listen carefully to what you wish to achieve so that we can then assess what is physiologically possible.
Scientific methods for your skin’s surface
Our range is based on clinically proven technology. Treatments are always tailored to the condition of the skin and the area being treated.
Exosome therapy
By gently introducing exosomes (via microneedling or Dermapen exosomes), the skin’s ability to communicate between cells is supported. This is a deep-acting method for those seeking advanced cell renewal.
Chemical facial peel
We use acids with different pH levels and molecular sizes, such as PRX-T33 or Skalpell Peel Glow, to exfoliate the skin’s surface and reduce the appearance of fine lines.
Chemical body peel
The method is not limited to the face. We regularly treat areas such as the décolletage, shoulders and back to smooth out changes in skin texture.
Microneedling treatment
We offer microneedling as a powerful complementary treatment or as a standalone treatment. The technique uses sterile microneedles to create tiny channels in the skin, thereby stimulating the body’s collagen production. If you have noticeable scar tissue, we recommend a tailored plan; read more below microneedling for acne scars. We also offer treatments such as RF microneedling for deeper tissue stimulation.
A clinic full of expertise
Medical safety and transparency are at the heart of everything we do. When you have a chemical peel or an advanced skincare treatment at The Faculty, you will be looked after exclusively by registered nurses and qualified skincare therapists. Our specialist walk-in clinic is centrally located in Stockholm and offers a clinically safe environment designed to ensure optimal care and hygiene.
Price for chemical peel and exosomes
An exact price for a chemical peel or microneedling in Stockholm is always determined during your consultation, as the cost depends on the method chosen and the size of the area of skin being treated.

Pre-treatment consultation
Every patient’s journey begins with a thorough consultation with our qualified staff. During the consultation, you will receive an objective skin analysis; we will go through which treatments are most suitable and discuss any potential risks.
If your chosen treatment plan falls within the scope of the law on injection treatments, you are always entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of at least 48 hours before you can give your formal consent and undergo the treatment.
Chemical peel and exosome treatment
Step by step
To ensure you know exactly what to expect, we have a very clear process in place, from the first appointment right through to the final check-up once your treatment plan is complete.
01. Skin consultation
Medical assessment and choice of method
You will meet one of our qualified practitioners for a clinical assessment of your skin’s thickness, elasticity and sensitivity.
02. Before your procedure
Preparing for your treatment.
Before your appointment, you will be given instructions on how to prepare your skin; for example, when you should stop using products containing strong active ingredients or retinol to avoid hypersensitivity.
03. The day of treatment
Safe care at the clinic
At the clinic, the face is thoroughly cleansed. The acids or exosomes are then applied to the skin’s surface in a systematic manner. The treatment itself usually takes between 30 and 60 minutes.
04. Recovery & healing
Self-care and convalescence guidelines
Immediately afterwards, the skin may react with redness, a sensation of warmth or slight flaking. This is a natural physiological reaction when cell renewal is accelerated.
05. Follow-up & results
Medical check-up and final assessment
We impose strict restrictions on sunbathing and home care. If necessary, we will arrange a follow-up appointment to assess how the tissue has responded to the treatment.
Results following a facial treatment for men
As each individual’s cell renewal and skin structure are unique, the results are highly personalised. During your consultation, we will look at objective reference images, such as before-and-after photos of chemical peels, to demonstrate the full scope of what the technology is capable of. The aim is to highlight the physiological potential of the methods. These photographs should be viewed as medical examples illustrating possible outcomes, never as a guarantee of your own results. The final result does not appear immediately. Patience is required to allow the tissue time to repair itself and form new collagen; a course of treatment lasting several months is often recommended before the final effect can be assessed.
Our skin treatment specialists
Our team consists of a number of carefully selected specialists. All skin treatments are carried out by registered nurses and qualified skin therapists. We work with the latest protocols in life sciences and skin physiology to ensure that techniques such as exosomes and advanced acids are applied correctly and safely.
Who is eligible for treatment?
To undergo advanced skincare treatments with us, you must be aged 18 or over, in good health and have skin free from active infections or open wounds. During your skincare consultation, we will assess your state of health. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is important to note that hormonal changes make the skin difficult to assess, which is why we normally advise against both strong acids and microneedling during pregnancy. A key part of the assessment is ensuring that your expectations align with the realistic anatomical results that these treatments can achieve.
Risks and complications
No treatment is entirely risk-free. It is perfectly normal for the skin to react; side effects of chemical peels often include tightness, dryness and flaking of the skin for a period of time. As for the risks associated with microneedling, pinpoint bleeding, swelling and a burning sensation (similar to a sunburn) are common during the first few days. If the skin is exposed to UV radiation whilst healing, or if aftercare instructions are not followed, there is a risk of unwanted hyperpigmentation (dark patches) or infection. Your practitioner will go through all the medical risks with you before you make your decision.
Other treatments
If your circumstances require alternative methods, we offer a comprehensive range of injection treatments, volume restoration and muscle relaxants. We will help you find the right medical treatment for your specific needs.

Frequently asked questions about peels and microneedling
Frequently asked questions and answers about exfoliation and microneedling
What is a chemical peel?
It is a method in which fruit acids or other chemical solutions are applied to the skin to lower its pH level. This breaks down the bonds between dead skin cells and triggers a natural exfoliation process, which smooths out the skin’s texture.
What is microneedling?
It is a treatment in which sterile needles vibrate vertically and penetrate the skin to a precise depth. The aim of these micro-injuries is to activate the skin’s repair process and collagen production. It is often used to treat scars and pigmentation changes.
Does microneedling work on large pores and stretch marks?
The technique is designed to build up and tighten the connective tissue, which is why it is a common method for treating structural changes such as enlarged pores or stretch marks (microneedling for stretch marks). The end result depends on the individual elasticity of the skin.
Microneedling – how often should you have it done?
The treatment interval varies, but a common recommendation is to undergo a course of 3 to 6 sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, to allow the tissue to complete its full repair cycle between visits.
What does the skin look like immediately after microneedling?
Immediately afterwards (immediately after microneedling), the skin will be very red and feel warm and throbbing. This initial reaction usually subsides significantly within the first 24 to 48 hours, after which some dryness may occur.
Microneedling results after one treatment – are they visible?
Some patients experience a temporary firming effect as soon as the redness has subsided, but to see permanent structural changes in the tissue, repeated treatments are usually required, as it takes several weeks for the body’s collagen production to take effect.
What are the requirements regarding aftercare and sun exposure?
During your post-microneedling and post-chemical peel aftercare, it is of the utmost importance to protect the area from UV radiation. You should avoid sunbathing completely during the weeks when redness or flaking persists, in order to minimise the risk of permanent pigmentation.
