A lower body lift removes skin folds on the lower back and lifts the buttocks at the same time, as the incision is placed along the same line. The combination is common after weight loss.

BBL, or Brazilian Butt Lift, reshapes the buttocks with the body's own fat. The fat is harvested from the stomach, waist or thighs and transferred, which means you get contouring of two areas in one procedure.

Implants are the alternative when there is not enough of your own fat to transfer. The implant is placed in the buttock muscle and provides volume that is not resorbed over time.

A buttock lift raises the buttocks by removing excess skin. Unlike a BBL, no volume is added; it is the position that changes.
