Hi, just had a face, neck and nose surgery by Jonas R. Too early to say anything about the end result yet but he is magical in his practice so it can only be the best. I have never been treated so well and taken care of, all the way from the first consultation, surgery planning, reception, the surgery team, the two-night stay. First class VIP feeling right through including the environment which is also TopNotch, private room with TV "sea view" and large veranda/balcony. They have their own chef who prepares wonderful food based on wishes and possible allergens. Room service 24/7 Super professionals the whole team I must say. I will definitely come back here again. Kind regards, AnnaPosted on Google![]()

So professional, nice treatment from start to finish. Dr. Heden inspires great confidence and I received great information after the operation about how it went. The anesthesia and surgical staff were fantastic, I felt so calm and felt safe in their hands. The care in the nursing ward after the operation was top notch, nice, safe and good breakfast🌸+0Posted on Google![]()

World class on-site surgery. A professional clinic with Sweden's most skilled and experienced doctors. I have had surgery at other clinics but have not experienced skill and service at this level. Big thanks to Per Hedén and the rest of the staff.Posted on Google![]()

Modern business where everything is new and except for the staff, they are old in the paperclip, incredibly experienced and in sync from the reception, nurses, nurses, anesthesia staff and surgeons. No questions are stupid, and they have a rock-solid understanding of pain relief. When the breakfast tray arrives after waking up, you become a little religious with happiness.Posted on Google![]()

Nice staff throughout the clinic and good aftercare, responds quickly to emails. Lovely Riikka operated on me after the effects of childbirth I had a few years earlier. It was nice to be operated on in an environment that is not depressing and with staff/surgeons who are committed.
What does a HArmonyCa treatment involve?
HArmonyCa is an aesthetic injection treatment, often referred to as a hybrid filler. It differs from traditional treatments in that it combines two different technologies in a single product: hyaluronic acid, which provides an immediate lift, and microspheres of calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA), which aim to stimulate the body’s long-term collagen production. The treatment is primarily used to restore volume and define contours, such as when using jawline fillers to achieve a more defined profile. During your consultation, we will carefully assess whether this hybrid technique is the right choice for your anatomical features.
Why consider HArmonyCa treatment?
The main reason for choosing a HArmonyCa treatment is often a desire to restore the face’s natural proportions when the tissue has lost its elasticity. Many patients come to us to address nasolabial folds – the lines running from the nose down towards the mouth – or to achieve a more defined profile. By using jawline fillers, the lower contour of the face is defined, and for some, strategically placed jawline fillers can help to visually balance the chin and neck area. We listen carefully to your specific expectations and provide medical information so that you can make an informed, personalised choice.
Our methods using HArmonyCa
HArmonyCa is an injection treatment comprising two synergistic components. Our qualified doctors and injection nurses use this dual-action method to treat volume loss and sagging skin on the sides and lower parts of the face.
Hyaluronic acid (HA) for immediate volume
Part of the formula consists of cross-linked hyaluronic acid. When injected, this helps to immediately build up volume in the tissue. This creates an initial lifting effect and a smoother skin texture immediately after the treatment.
Calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) for structural purposes
The second component consists of calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres. This component has a deeper and longer-lasting effect. The microspheres form a structure within the tissue that stimulates the body’s own fibroblasts. The fibroblasts respond by gradually building up a new, natural network of collagen over the coming months, which contributes to a lasting result.

Consultation for HArmonyCa
Your treatment journey always begins with a formal consultation with our qualified staff. During the consultation, we will assess your skin type and discuss expected results and safety.
As an injection treatment requires careful consideration, we always apply the statutory cooling-off period of at least 48 hours before you can give your consent to book the procedure itself.
Treatment for HArmonyCa
Step by step
To ensure that the entire process is safe and medically sound, we follow a standardised procedure. Here is an overview of how the process works.
01. Consultation
Medical assessment and choice of method
You will meet your practitioner for a thorough examination of the anatomy of your face and a discussion about whether this method is suitable for you.
02. The day of treatment
Safe care at the clinic
At the clinic, the skin is thoroughly disinfected. The product is then methodically injected into the selected areas – usually the sides of the face – to achieve an even and balanced lift.
03. After treatment
Awakening and initial rest
Some tightness, redness and slight swelling are natural reactions in the tissue immediately afterwards. These temporary effects usually subside within a few days.
04. Recovery & healing
Self-care and convalescence guidelines
You are advised to avoid exercise, saunas and any pressure on your face during the very first few days. Your body is now beginning the process of integrating the material.
05. Monitoring & results
Medical check-up and final assessment
We will keep in touch with you and, if necessary, arrange a follow-up appointment to ensure that the healing process is progressing as planned.
Results from HArmonyCa
As each individual’s cell renewal and immune system are unique, the results of an injection treatment are highly individual. During your consultation, we will look at objective ‘Harmonyca before and after’ images (sometimes referred to as ‘Harmonyca before and after’ in international specialist literature) to demonstrate the full scope of what the technology is capable of. The aim is to create more even volume and a more stable structure. Volume loss and skin laxity are significantly reduced, but the signs of ageing rarely disappear entirely. Photos of ‘Harmonyca before and after’ treatments should therefore be viewed as medical examples of the method’s potential, never as a guarantee of your own outcome. The final result does not appear immediately. Patience is required whilst the body’s fibroblasts form new collagen around the CaHA spheres over the next six months.
Our specialists in injection treatments
All staff who administer injections at The Faculty are registered doctors and nurses. Our collective expertise is based on ongoing research and participation in the industry’s leading training programmes, which ensures that we work in a way that is safe for patients and maintain the highest clinical standards.
Who can undergo the treatment?
You must be aged 18 or over to undergo injection treatments. During the consultation, we will go through your health declaration to rule out any contraindications, such as autoimmune diseases, pregnancy or breastfeeding. You must be in good general health for the treatment to be carried out safely.
HArmonyCa risks
Regardless of the method used, there is always a certain risk associated with injections into the body’s tissues. The most common side effects include temporary swelling, bruising and tenderness at the injection sites. In some, rarer cases, small lumps or irregularities may develop as the body encapsulates the calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres. Before treatment, your injection nurse or doctor will carefully go through all potential risks and the medical protocols we have in place to prevent them.
Other treatments
If your anatomical characteristics mean that this specific hybrid filler is not the best choice for you, our specialists offer several other alternatives. We work with everything from traditional fillers and muscle relaxants to advanced chemical peels and microneedling. We’ll help you assess the right method based on your unique skin structure.

Frequently Asked Questions about HArmonyCa
Frequently asked questions and answers about HArmonyCa
What is a HArmonyCa prize?
The cost of the injection is 12,500 SEK. As each person’s needs are different, we always provide a precise and transparent quote during your initial consultation.
Are the results permanent?
No, like other fillers, the product is broken down by the body over time. The hyaluronic acid provides immediate volume, whilst the calcium hydroxyapatite supports collagen formation in the long term.
Does a jawline filler work for a double chin?
Injecting the product along the lower contour of the face is intended to tighten and define the jawline. By creating a sharper contour, the transition to the neck can be improved, which in some patients reduces the visual appearance of a double chin. However, this is assessed entirely on the basis of your anatomy.
Can nasolabial folds be treated using this method?
Yes, the product is frequently used to restore lost volume in the mid and lower parts of the face. Injections into the outer cheek and jaw areas often create a lifting effect which indirectly smooths out the nasolabial folds in a balanced way.
What are the risks associated with HArmonyCa?
In addition to the usual risks associated with injections, such as temporary redness and swelling, small, encapsulated lumps may rarely develop in the tissue. We always discuss the risks in detail during your consultation.
