Avoid touching the injection sites and do not wear any make-up for the first 12 hours. If you have had fillers, avoid strenuous exercise and heat for the first 48 hours. If you have had muscle relaxants, avoid massaging the area or lying flat for the first 4 hours.

With fillers, the volume is visible immediately but requires 14 days to fully integrate. With muscle relaxant treatment, it normally takes 4 to 10 days for the drug to block the nerve signals and the muscle to relax. The final result is evaluated at a return visit.
